On April 25. 2025. with the issuance of the construction order, the construction equipment on-site roared to life simultaneously, officially marking the start of the ORO ESTATES project.
The ORO ESTATES project is developed by UV HOLDING INC, a flagship of its extensive experience in the real estate sector.
The project occupies a scarce 30.59-acre land parcel and features carefully planned 333 premium residences, including 115 spacious detached villas (main types ranging from 3.781 to 12.200 square feet), 20 exquisite townhouses, and 198 quality apartments, catering to diverse living needs.
